The influence of federal judges has caused this problem. Instead of enforcing Section 202 a) and b) of the Packers and Stockyards Act, they have made excuse after excuse that the corporate attorneys have come up with. Section 202 a) and b) are designed to prevent meat packers from using their market power to segregate farmer's markets and then to discriminate on non free market dynamics. Thus, meat packers have been able to capture the value of family farmers and use it to compete with each other in the market place, not having to follow market principles.

Our federal judges are no more than corporate puppets that have allowed our markets to be concentrated with the market schemes that are already illegal without these excuses. Why are we paying these federal judges to hand our economy over to billionaires and ignore the law?

We should look seriously at whether our federal judges deserve the money the public is giving them to carry out the enforcement of the nation's laws. They have shown their hand that they follow the rule of gold over the golden rule in law enforcement. They are corporatists in black robes abusing the rule of law. It is like having a leader in the KKK run the NAACP.

It is no accident or simple mistake. It is the influence of money (corruption) in our legislative and judicial system.

As our nation follows the rule of gold over the rule of law, we become less worthy of our national heritage. We have our federal judiciary to blame for this turn in our country.
