Thanks for the clear exp of the ruling, that legal jumbo is meant to be confusing.

Judges have overstepped their bounds in bending over to meat packers in the past. I see this as another move in that direction.

The case will be re heard and the ruling against meat packers will be reviewed as they have yet another bite at the legal apple to overturn the rules.

If these judges cave into this corporatism they should be taken off the bench. They are the backstop for corporations who are the real ones running our country..

Stay tuned. Meat packers have a lot of other tricks up their sleeves on this and many other issues. Federal courts have been abusing their power to make room for these corporations to do whatever they want. If it is illegal, just get these judges to re interpret the law so that it isn’t illegal.

This should have been laughed out of court and meat packers made to pay for it being a frivolous lawsuit. It was not. Our courts are just another layer of protection for the robber barons of the day.
